Does it work with both ChatGPT and Claude?

Yes. Promptnest works on chatgpt.com and claude.ai. We're adding more AI tools soon.

Where are my prompts stored?

Free plan: in your browser's local storage. Pro plan: encrypted in our cloud database, synced across devices. We never read or train on your prompts.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel from your Polar account settings. You keep Pro access until the end of your paid period, then drop to Free.

What happens to my prompts if I cancel?

All your existing prompts stay accessible — we don't delete anything. You just can't add new ones beyond 20 until you resubscribe.

Do you read or train on my prompts?

No. Your prompts are yours. We don't read them, train on them, or share them with anyone. Ever.

Is sharing free?

Yes. All users — Free and Pro — can share prompts via public link.
